• Placement assistance: Assistance for international individuals in finding a training position in the United States.
  
  
• Trainee recruitment assistance: Assistance for American host companies in finding the right candidate for their open positions.
  
  
• J-Visa application assistance: EDI will make sure all the necesarry documents for J-Visa application are completed professionally.
  
  
• Trainee insurance: EDI assists each applicant in obtaining insurance required for the J-Visa.
  
  
• Orientation: EDI staff will offer an orientation to all applicants upon arrival.
  
  
• Housing assistance: EDI can offer local housing information around the country to applicants.
  
  
• Host company/ Participant assistance in English and/or Japanese: EDI bilingal staff will assist both the host company and applicant to deal with problems that arise with their visa, work or day to day life during their training program.
  
  
• Local coordinator: If the hosts selects a large number of applicants, EDI will provide a local coordinator to assist both applicants and hosts.
  
  
• Manager orientation: EDI can offer orientation for managers to help them in working with international students.
  
  
• Cultural notes: EDI has cultural notes designed for hosts that introduce cultures from around the world.
